This violin was better than $6000 violins in all the local shops

I haven't had time to properly thank you for the outstanding service.

I am so glad I trusted the reviews on your website and ordered your handpicked VN 907 violin from you.

It was love at first sight with Nicolas and his new violin.

While awaiting for your violin to arrive, I paid a visit to ALL the reputable violin shops/luthiers in Montreal, listened to more than 15 instruments and chose 5 violins in the $3000 to $6000 price range to pit against your 907.

When it finally arrived, we had a blind hearing audition. Nicolas was blindfolded as well as the "judges". Your violin came on top every time.

So we had out hearts (and ears) set on the 907 but wanted Nicolas's teacher to try it out and get his take on the violin. It took him less than 3 minutes to pick your violin out of the lot!

Nicolas has the habit of naming everything...the violin and the bow were no exception. His last violin was named Assurancetourix, the village bard in Astérix, well known for his horrendous voice causing every living things around to flee in panic! (Nicolas has a sense of self-derision I guess *sigh*)

He had already chosen a name for the replacement violin: La Castafiore, the famous opera singer in Tintin with the appalling loud voice...But once he hear the violin, he said that it was a HE not a SHE because of the deep and darker sound. So for a few days it remained nameless. After much debating with his sister, they came up with Eusebius (the violin) and Florestan (the bow) as they would be inseparable. Not as funny as the other choices though.

Again, thank you for your prompt and always friendly replies.
