I received the violin and everything looks in good shape. So far I've been playing and it sounds pretty nice.
I noticed the G and D string resonate really well, but the A and E string sound much more muted in comparison. I'm trying to play the violin more to see if those strings will sound better.
[UPDATE] Thank you for your helpful input about the violin and strings breaking in. I guess I should just play more from now on!
