If I had to rate your business on just a number scale I wouldn't even bother. To be treated like a person rather than an order confirmation cannot be rated with a simple number.
I am so grateful you took the time to keep me informed. I wish there were more businesses out there that operate like yours, there would be a lot less complaining. :)
