Condition: Used
Newly restored violin, most likely a German violin from the 1930s-1940s. We've nicknamed it "Bruno" in reference to the brown finish and fittings.
Beautiful wood and antiquing. It's obviously been through many players but the wear doesn't detract from the character and playability of the instrument
Decent tone and an excellent step-up violin for an adult or young teen student. The slender neck makes it suitable for a young first time 4/4 player or an adult with small hands.
Setup with new bridge, soundpost, Corelli Crystal (nylon core) strings and beautiful boxwood fittings. The "violin player" tailpiece, in particular, is very unique and suits the older instrument nicely.
